PINE FORGE ACADEMY CHOIR

The Pine Forge Academy Choir consists of over 80 members representing talented, experienced and dedicated young men and women ranging from the ages of 14 through 18, who not only excel musically, but academically as well.
Within the Pine Forge Academy Choir is the Concert Choir and a smaller select group called the Pine Forge Academy Singers. Blended together they project an outstanding musical excellence athat elevates and inspires its listeners. The Choir is noted for its full, rich and powerful eigh-part plus harmonious quality. They proclaim God's goodness through their spirituals, gospels, anthems, and classical repertoire.
The choir and its directress attributes all successes to God. They are determined by His grace to meet challenges and opportunities with the stamp of His name on every performance.

THE CHOIR'S DIRECTOR

TONI HALL:
She got her M.M. in 1985 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and the M.M. Ed. in 1973, from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN.

PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE:
Recital tours in Mid-West and South. Television Recital, Little Rock, Arkanses. Studio Accompanist for Bernadine Olophant (Fisk University). String trio Pianist at Miami University. Accompaniment Coaching under Harriet Wingreen, Miami University of Arkansas. Opera accompanist at Rust College in Holly Springs, Miss. Numerous college matriculating recitals.

HONORS AND AWARDS:
Honorable Mention in Graduate Division of the Pi Lambda Competition at Temple University, 1994. First place in Nashville Symphony concerto competition, 1971. President MENC Chapter at Tennessee State University. Nashville, Tn. 1973. Four Year college scholarship from the Putnam Foundation, 1967. First place in the Omega Psi Phi Talent Hunt from Mississippi Valley State College, 1967.
